Survey progress: 1%
Thank you for taking part in our survey. This survey is being administered by BMG and ICF as part of an evaluation of the Department for Education's Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Alternative Provision (AP) Change Programme. More information about the Change Programme can be found here.

This survey is aimed at mainstream, special and alternative provision schools (primary and secondary), post-16 providers and further education colleges. It is designed to be completed by a representative from your setting who has a good understanding of its SEND provision and how it works with partners. This may include a senior leader with responsibility for SEND, a SENCo, or another member of staff with relevant oversight.

Some settings may have completed a similar survey last year. This survey seeks to gather an updated view of your experiences over the past 12 months, including any changes in inclusive practice, access to support, and partnership working.

Your feedback is crucial in helping us understand how SEND and AP reforms and local initiatives are working in practice. We are particularly interested in changes over the last year, what has driven those changes, and any barriers that remain.

The survey should take around 10–25 minutes to complete, depending on your responses. Your participation is voluntary and you may stop at any time. All responses will be treated confidentially. When findings are reported, they will be presented in a non-identifiable and anonymous way.
